Elanare Institute
Bridging divides. Standing with the vulnerable.
We stand as allies to the marginalized and voiceless across the world—bridging the gaps between disciplines, nations, and communities that institutions have left divided. Our research belongs to no authority but humanity itself.
About the Researcher
Ryuhei Ishibashi
Founder & Independent Researcher
For over two decades, I've worked at the intersection of systems theory and practical implementation. From software architecture to organizational design, I've applied the principles of **Ba Theory** (場の理論) to solve complex problems.
Now, as an independent researcher, I focus on formalizing these insights into rigorous academic work. My research spans MMORPGs and cognitive load, emergent phenomena in complex systems, and ethical frameworks for AI development.
I believe the most important discoveries come from those who dare to think outside established frameworks. **The Real World Architect** doesn't just write code—they design the blueprints for how the world should work.

Research Areas
Complex Systems & Emergence
Applying the Landau-Stuart equation to formalize attractor dynamics in complex systems. From organizational behavior to social movements, we seek mathematical foundations for emergent phenomena.
AI Safety & Ethics
Developing frameworks for cognitive autonomy protection in the age of AI. Moving beyond Asimov's laws to address the real challenge: preserving human meaning-making capacity.
MMORPGs & Cognitive Science
Investigating how virtual worlds shape cognition. Our research on healer roles reveals how game design influences player psychology and social dynamics.
Social Systems Design
Redesigning the protocols of power structures. From academia to economics, we analyze structural problems and propose mathematically-grounded alternatives.
Publications
All research is published openly on Zenodo with DOIs for academic citation. We believe knowledge should be accessible to all, not locked behind paywalls.
Our Philosophy
"The gaps between disciplines, between nations, between the powerful and the powerless—these are not natural. They are constructed. And what is constructed can be bridged."
Allies to the Vulnerable
We stand with those whom systems have left behind—the marginalized, the voiceless, the forgotten. Research should serve humanity's most vulnerable, not reinforce existing power structures.
Bridging Divides
Academic silos, national borders, disciplinary boundaries—we work across every divide that keeps knowledge fragmented. True understanding emerges at the intersections.
Funded by the Many
Independence requires freedom from institutional funding with strings attached. We rely on individual supporters who share our vision—not grants that demand we produce predetermined results.
